•
USERBOX limits employee and contractor access to
CLIENT systems and information to only those who need it to perform their duties, using unique credentials, multi-factor authentication, and least-privilege access. (For example,
USERBOX may share limited information with a software vendor or hardware manufacturer in order to resolve a support case on the
CLIENT’s behalf.)

CLIENT information is not placed at unreasonable risk. If
USERBOX becomes aware of a security incident affecting

USERBOX requires strict confidentiality and appropriate security safeguards in its agreements with them.
USERBOX uses its best efforts to ensure that other firms with whom
USERBOX does business restrict the use of
CLIENT information.
